A Web Service that exposes methods of the Validation Criteria Manager class of the AMDCC Object Model

  This method will return Validation Criteria Assay details for the specified matching AssayID
• GetValidationAssays
  This method will return all Validation Criteria Assays.
• GetValidationCriteria
  This method will return Validation Criteria for the specified matching ValidationCriteriaID
• GetValidationCriterias
  This method will return all Validation Criterias
• GetValidationExpFactorValue
  This method will return Validation Criteria Experimental Factor details for the specified matching Experiment Factor ID

  This method will return Validation Experimental Factors for the specified matching AssayID
