A Web Service that exposes methods of the Experiment Manager class of the AMDCC Object Model

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetExperiment
  This method will return an Experiment for the specified matching ExperimentID
• GetExperimentExpFactors
  This method will return the list of associated experimental factors for a specified Experiment
• GetExperimentPhenoAssays
  This method will return the list of associated Phenotype Assays for a specified Experiment
• GetExperiments
  This method will return a list of Experiments
• GetExperimentsByModelType
  This method will return a list of experiments ordered by Model Type
• GetExperimentsBySearch
  This method will return a list of Experiments that meet the optional Experiment Search criteria
• GetExperimentsStrains
  This method will return a list of strains associated with an Experiment ID
